STREET TACO CHICKEN FAJITAS
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips
3 Tbsp. Citrus Habanero Infused Olive Oil, divided
½ packet Street Taco Dip & Cheeseball Mix
2 tsp. Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Mexican Fiesta Rub & Seasoning
2 bell peppers (red and /or green), thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
8 small tortillas
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F. Heat 2 tablespoon Citrus Habanero Infused Olive Oil in grill pan or frying pan over medium-high heat, add chicken and sprinkle with Street Taco Dip & Cheeseball Mix, and Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes, until thoroughly cooked. In a second pan, heat remaining 1 tablespoon Citrus Habanero Infused Olive Oil over medium heat. Add peppers and onion. Stir in Mexican Fiesta Rub & Seasoning. Cook until vegetables are tender crisp, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. While veggies and meat are cooking, wrap tortillas in tin foil and warm in the oven.
To assemble fajitas, fill warmed tortillas with with your favourite garnishes: guacamole, salsa, sliced avocado, etc.
